Animal Care Services
Doctor's appointments are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, and Saturday, 8am to noon. We do not take appointments from noon-2pm. If you are a new client, please come in a few minutes early to fill out paperwork. Please bring any history you may have so our records will be current.
Boarding: Our boarding is for existing clients only. Drop-off and pick-up times are between 8am and 5pm Monday through Friday and Saturday 8am-12 noon. We do not offer Sunday hours. It is recommended to bring your pet's food, and you may also bring beds, toys or treats.
Grooming: Grooms are done Monday through Friday by appointment and must be dropped off by 9am. Our groomer will discuss with you at the time of drop off any special requests you may have.
Surgery: Our surgeries are done Monday through Friday. We offer a variety of surgeries: spays and neuters, exploratory, lumpectomy, orthopedic, ear cropping, declawing, foreign body, bladder surgery and more. We ask that any animal coming in for a surgical procedure be fasted the night before after 10pm.
Dentistry: Dentals are performed Monday through Friday. We currently do not have dental X-ray.
Bath: Baths are done Monday through Friday. Pets must be here by 9am. Pick-up times may vary, depending on your pet’s coat.
*Please note any animal staying in our facility must have a current rabies vaccine. Dogs must also have their DHLPP combo and Bordatella. Cats must have their FVRCP. No exceptions.
